• Members can convert their Air Miles into GEMS Points in multiples of Fourteen Thousand (14000) Air Miles. This is equal to Eight Hundred and Thirty-Three (833) GEMS Points
  Note: 14000 Air Miles = 833 GEMS Points
• Members will first need to login to their Air Miles account and choose the option to redeem their Air Miles to GEMS Points voucher, upon successful redemption an E-voucher will be sent to the member denoting the number of GEMS Points.
• Then the member will need to login to the GEMS Rewards App and click on the Air Miles tile under Earn GEMS Points.
  
  
  
• The member will then need to key in the E-voucher code received from Air Miles along witeh the number of GEMS Points mentioned in the voucher. If member has redeemed for multiple vouchers, then it can be added by clicking on 'Add more E-voucher' option
  
  
  
• Once the member submits the request and confirms, a success message will be shown, it will take a maximum of 3 working days for the GEMS Points to reflect in the members GEMS Rewards account
  
  
  

• Members can convert their GEMS Points to Air Miles in multiples of Six hundred and Twenty-Five (625) GEMS Points which is equal to Four Thousand (4000) Air Miles Note: 625 GEMS Points = 4000 Air Miles
  Note: 625 GEMS Points = 4000 Air Miles
• Member will need to login to the GEMS Rewards App and click on the Air Miles tile under Redeem GEMS Points.
  
  
  
• Then the member will need to key in their Air Miles membership number and select the amount of GEMS Points to be redeemed to Air Miles, this will be shown in multiples of 625 GEMS Points. Once the number of GEMS Points is selected, the number of Air Miles earned by the member will be shown.
  
  
  
• Once the member submits the request and confirms, a success message will be shown, it will take a maximum of 3 working days for the Air Miles to reflect in the members Air Miles account

'Check your Transaction' tab provides a list of all transactions, Air Miles to GEMS Points as well as GEMS Points to Air Miles, along with the status
